Dear Hmmada, 
please create a "activity", look for a nice location near where you live, add a date, a time and a meeting point one to two weeks before you want to meet somebody... and you will find a lot of people who want to drink or eat something with you. 

This plattform is a activity plattform and most people are here to make nice activitys and meet new people... but they do not search it here about a discussion or a question.
